The Gladiator is unusually modification-friendly, but Sport, Overland, Rubicon and Mojave should not share one fitment answer.

35-inch tires
35s are a straightforward target on many Gladiators, especially Rubicon and Mojave. Sport and Overland have less factory clearance and benefit more from added ride height and carefully selected backspacing.
Trim-dependent fit

37-inch tires
37s are realistic on a Gladiator, but the answer changes by trim. Rubicon and Mojave provide the best starting geometry; non-Rubicon builds usually need more suspension, wheel and fender planning.
