Report a wrong number

Every number on 4wd.ai comes from a maker’s document. If one doesn’t match its document, tell us which page, which figure and which document, and we’ll check it against our copy.

Send the page, the figure and the document

Email hello@4wd.ai, or start a report: it opens an email with these questions already in it.

The page: its address, or the vehicle and model year.
The figure: as the page shows it, and the configuration it belongs to (trim, cab, engine, package) when the page lists several.
The document: what it says and which one it is, its title or link and the page or table. For GVWR or axle ratings, a photo of your door label works too.

Every towing and tire page has its own “Report a wrong number” link under its sources, with the page’s address filled in.

What happens next

We check the figure against the document. If we got it wrong, we fix it and keep the change with its date; if the document is one we don’t have, we add it. We aim to reply within a few days.
